Opto Electronic Function in Metal Particle-Porphyrin Nanostructures based on Ferroelectric Nanolithography

The ultimate goal of producing functional nanostructures requires:

• Understanding properties of individual molecules
• Developing a fabrication process for device function
• Obtaining opto electronic function in a complex structure
